It’s been happening for a while but I didn’t want to say anything until everything was final and I was certain.

tl:dr: We’re being forced to move within the next month and need help getting enough money to afford the deposit.

Sometime in November of last year, we got notice that our landlady was going to try and sell our house while we are still living here. It’s been annoying to say the least, weekly open houses, strangers walking around our house in hopes to buy it. Meanwhile my mom has been having anxiety attacks about potentially having to find a new place to live. She was hoping that someone would buy the house that would let us remain tenants for a while longer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

2 gentlemen came to the house last week to check out the house, giving it a good thorough look-through. They were speaking to the realtor in another language so I couldn’t understand a word they were saying, but apparently the house looked good enough to them (despite there being many flaws that have been here since before we moved in) to actually buy. 3 days after they came, my parents get a call saying that it’s a high possibility that they’ll be buying the house, like, 99% chance a deal will be struck.

Today, the contract was signed and the deal was done. Now we have 30 days from today to find somewhere else to live. Thankfully my mom has a realtor friend who’s helping us find a place. Unfortunately, anywhere we find is gonna require a security deposit that we may not be able to afford. Our landlady is being kind enough to give us January’s rent back when we move (since the house sold so early in the year), so we’ll have the majority, but dad says we might be $700-$900 short depending on where we end up going. Right now, I’m still trying to earn enough to make my car payment, as well as pay 2 other bills I have, but in the mean time, I also need to try and get some extra to help pay for any deposits we have to make.

Alongside regular commissions opening every week or so, for the next couple weeks, I’m gonna be doing Quicky streams whenever I can to help pay whatever is left. I’ll also accept any donations with absolute gratitude and appreciation, any little bit will help tremendously.’
