Keith was on the run from a dangerous group of raiders that had spotted him while he was traversing the wasteland. He ended up running into a building where the raiders caught up with him. Instead of killing him, they dressed him up pretty with girl clothes they carried around just for this occasion, and took turns ramming the poor stallion in both holes.
